We are looking for a Casino Integrations Manager who is ready to take on our integrations team to the next level! This is a challenging and exciting role for someone with a keen interest to deliver the best possible experience for our clients. We have a strong integrations team based on a clean and efficient API so the ideal candidate will have a solid technical background but also a keen interest in process and service management.

The candidate will work closely with the integrations team but will also enjoy working with various stakeholders, be it internally and/or externally. As a person, you need to keep the big picture in mind and actively work towards improving the quality and speed of our integration processes for a more efficient customer experience for our clients.

You will need to be able to multitask, be meticulous, actively participate in weekly team updates and reports, be able to juggle multiple lines of communications between internal and external teams, and keep up with the learning curve that comes with Relax constantly evolving our product offering and expanding our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First line support during the integration process, which includes (proactive) communication with our operators and building and maintaining excellent operator relations
  • Coordinate and manage the pipeline of new operators and/or brands based on business priorities
  • Support tech/integration teams and customer support with queries during the process of go-live for new operators and/or brands
  • Actively participate in improving (and when needed expanding) processes and workflows for integration, related to our ever-changing product and platform offering
  • Ensuring clear, effective, and consistent communication with internal stakeholders including weekly integration update reports to management


  • Minimum 2 years experience of working with tech teams and process management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of B2C Casino Integration
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Able to work under pressure and handle context switching
  • Be meticulous
  • Natural (technical) curiosity to understand new tools and product offerings and the ability to translate this into efficient operational processes

Extra credit for:

  • Experience working for an aggregator in the iGaming industry
