Partner Commercial Manager

Relax Gaming is seeking an enthusiastic Partner Commercial Manager to join our evolving team within the aggregation division. The role is responsible for building partnership relationships and supporting their revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing close commercial relationships with multiple suppliers in a professional manner. 
  • Managing day-to-day communications with suppliers and internal departments – you will very much be a front-facing representative of the Partner Commercial Team. 
  • Identifying areas of business growth and partnership overall success. 
  • Handling new supplier inquiries, up until the Relax/potential partner first meeting stage.   
  • Participating in onboarding presentations with potential partners.  
  • Following through action points of meetings and assess potential for partnership growth. 
  • Presenting commercial assessments of each new partner coming through pipe.  
  • Guiding new partner integrations and introduction to operational teams.  
  • Assisting with data reports used for building scheduled Partner Checkpoints.      
  • Completing regular client review meetings, presenting key performance data and goals.    
  • Maintaining incoming commercial Jira requests.  
  • Providing input to internal company aggregation management products and simplify processes and ways of working. 
  • Working in collaboration with operational teams to ensure optimized service delivery for suppliers and operators. 

As a successful applicant, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial or B2B role 
  • Proven evidence of developing strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders  
  • Organisation and structure 
  • Experience in using spreadsheets, presentations and a range of software tools 
  • Strong English written and verbal communication   

And you’ll get bonus points for being:

  • Experienced within the iGaming industry  
  • Experienced in Jira  
  • Able to speak multiple languages
