As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish. From sourcing to onboarding, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, develop targeted strategies, and create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values.
You will need to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to enhance recruitment processes. We believe creativity is central to your success - in your approach to work, your networking strategies, and your talent attraction efforts in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, identify key requirements and find the best candidate profiles
- Proactively source candidates using various methods (e.g., social media, networking events, Linkedin)
- Work together with managers across the company to conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates
- Work with hiring plans forecast to ensure proper plans with managers and stakeholders are in place.
- Partner with external recruiters for key roles, ensuring we attract the best talent across all office locations
- Represent Relax Gaming at industry events and job fairs to enhance our employer branding
Must have:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Background of hiring in a global environment, preferably within Tech and/or iGaming
- Previous experience building and implementing recruitment strategies
- Previous experience creating and managing employer branding activities
